Your Journey

I help you do the difficult and rewarding work you are called to do to understand and alleviate symptoms and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Your inner journey is easier when you have a dedicated and supportive professional helping you navigate your inner and outer worlds. 

You may feel stuck, you may be depressed or anxious, be grieving or experiencing relationship issues, or not know quite what is wrong, but sense that working with a caring, and experienced psychotherapist could help you. 

How I Practice

  We are working to get under and uproot the unconscious beliefs that have formed into ways of being that do not work for you. At the time these beliefs were formed, they served a good purpose. In the present though, we may find that they are helping to create negative behaviours, unwanted thoughts and feelings.


Our aim is to reconnect you to your authentic self, improve your relationships with yourself and others and allow your natural energy to flow more easily. The result is that you feel more connected and alive.


The methods I use are grounded in psychodynamic theory, modern approaches to trauma, depression, and anxiety. We pay particular attention in the therapy setting to what is happing in the moment, in the now. Theories are used only to help us ground into the experience of the present so you may release what is holding you back and creating trouble.


The interventions I use are not limited to cognitive but take into account the importance of the body and feelings in healing and change. The word integral is a good word for my approach as it is inclusive of one’s entire being and life experience.


My approach is gentle but direct.

My Story

  I did not plan on becoming a psychotherapist or a healer. My life and professional experiences, character, and a set of circumstance got mixed together and something wonderful was the result. I am incredibly fortunate to have had fantastic teachers, mentors, experiences, training, and the right character and personality to help people in profound ways. 


I have been working with clients since 2019.
